We own 2 amazing Stallions. One is named Legal N Twisted, aka "Radar". He is grulla and has LTE of $12,000 and was shown in NRCHA and AHC in Extreme Cowboy Race and at Liberty. The other grulla stallion is Rawhides Slide, aka "Switch". He is an AQHA World Show Qualifier multiple times and has his AQHA Superior and AQHA ROM in Open Heading and Heeling.

7HL Quarter horses in Carlton, Texas
7HL Quarter Horses is a small horse/dog operation/ranch located in central Texas near Stephenville, approx. 2 hrs southwest of Fort Worth, in Cowboy Capital of the world. The ranch is owned by Tom & Ashleigh Cole. We have a love and passion for horses and dogs. Ashleigh shows in local NCHA cutting events on her mares, SPD Freckled Olena, Magically Delicious, and gelding HH Gin N Lena. Tom ropes a little just for fun and we both enjoy going to ranch rodeos and roping. We both have other occupations: Tom has worked as a mechanic for the past 36 years and we are also the proud owners of Full Throttle Automotive in Hico, TX where Tom runs and operates that business. Ashleigh (me) is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty. I am licensed in the whole state of Texas! If you are wanting to find that perfect horse ranch or home, call me. We have a nice foal crop each year and hope you can have the opportunity to own a horse or dog from the 7HL Ranch. We have endless dreams and we believe that we have the recipe for creating good horses with correct conformation, sound minds, and some with color to match! We have a young stallion that was trained in Reined Cow Horse and shown at the Snaffle Bit Futurity. He has also been shown in Extreme Cowboy Race and at Liberty. He is a 2012 AQHA Grulla stallion named Legal N Twisted, also known as "Radar". He is an own son of Dun It With A Twist. Check out Radar's page under the 'Stallions' tab. He is standing at KB Ranch in Comanche, TX.
We also have a 2014 AQHA Grulla stallion named Rawhides Slide, aka Switch, who is an own son of Rawhides Slvr Bullet. Switch is in team roping training with Clay Logan and has already earned AQHA points in Open Jr Heeling, has earned his AQHA ROM, and is an AQHA World Show Qualifier and money earner.
On our 'Dogs' page you can see our breeding females and our stud dogs. We have Australian Shepherds and Border Collies. We mostly do Aussie to Border Collie or Border Collie to Aussie crosses now. So, our pups are half and half. This has been an amazing cross for us and we are so pleased with the puppies we have been raising over the last 20 years.
