Legal N Twisted is a 2012 AQHA Grulla Stallion. We call him Radar. Radar is an own son of Dun It With A Twist out of a daughter of SR Lawman by Holidoc. Radar stands 15.1 hands and recently weighed exactly 1,365 lbs. He is 8 Panel NN. His coat color test results are Ee aa Dnd2 W20/W20. The W20 is a white booster. It means nothing on Radar, but if you breed a mare to him that has a white pattern gene like splash, sabino, or LWO, then the W20 can enhance or boost the white markings. Radar went to training as a 2 year old with Obbie Schlom. After he had been there just a few days, Obbie called me and told me she got invited to compete in a show called the American Horsewoman's Challenge that consisted of invite only 25 select female clinicians around America. She was asked to bring and show a horse that had not been started yet. Obbie asked me if she could use Radar. I said YES! They had 6 months to train a horse from scratch in several different events. Liberty, Cowboy Dressage, Extreme Cowboy Race, and Freestyle. At the show, Obbie and Radar placed 1st in Liberty, Extreme Cowboy Race, and Freestyle! It was horsemanship at it's finest! They took home $12,000 and 2 beautiful trophies. The experience was tremendous and the training was so much fun and unique! Especially for a 2 year old stallion!
After that show was over Obbie asked me if she could train Radar for the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity in Reined Cow Horse. Of course, I said YES again! So the next year, away we went to Reno to the Snaffle Bit Futurity to show in 3 very intense classes, Herd Work, Reining, and Fence Work. While practicing Obbie went down the fence really fast with a cow and Radar buried his butt in the ground with the cow, but when he turned hard back to the left, he torqued his stifle and it resulted in a torn meniscus. We have retired Radar to light riding and breeding only since he is now not 100% sound for that kind of showing.
His foals
Radar's oldest foals were born in 2017. All have been beautiful and colorful! He really seems to be stamping his bone and structure on his foals, and also his train-ability.

Breeding
Legal N Twisted aka Radar is standing in 2025 at KB Ranch in Comanche Texas with Kari Robertson. Kari had done an amazing job with Radar collecting semen and breeding mares. Radar's 2025 breeding fee is $1,000. That includes the first shipment. Radar ships well and Kari will send 2 doses with every shipment as long as its available. Radar will have cooled shipped semen available February 1-July 1 on Monday-Friday via FedEx or UPS. We will do our very best to cater to your mare's needs. We also have FROZEN semen available as well!
